Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Printed Threads NZ website and the custom garment printing, print-on-demand, and fulfilment services we provide. By accessing this website or requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you supply at the time of request.
- A final price is confirmed once artwork, garment selection, quantities, and print specifications have been reviewed and a proof has been approved.
- Prices are subject to change due to variations in garment blank availability, supplier pricing, or order specifications. We will confirm any price changes before production begins.
- Quotes are typically valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise.
2. Artwork & Design Responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring that you own, or have the right to use, all artwork, logos, and designs submitted for printing.
- You warrant that your artwork does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party.
- Printed Threads NZ accepts no liability for claims arising from artwork supplied by customers.
- We may refuse to print any artwork that we believe is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
3. Proofs & Approval
- Before production, we provide a digital proof showing artwork sizing and placement on your chosen garment.
- Production will only begin once you have approved the proof in writing (including by email).
- Once production has commenced, changes to artwork, garment selection, or order details may incur additional charges or require a new order.
4. Production & Turnaround
- Turnaround times are estimates and depend on order volume, garment availability, and current production workload.
- We will communicate an expected timeframe with your quote or order confirmation.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier stock shortages, or delays in proof approval.
5. Delivery
- Orders are dispatched via courier to addresses within New Zealand.
- Delivery times depend on the courier service and destination. We are not responsible for delays occurring after dispatch.
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order is collected by the courier.
- Please inspect your order on arrival and report any issues promptly so we can assist.
6. Print-on-Demand & Commercial Services
- Print-on-demand, white-label, and ongoing commercial fulfilment arrangements are governed by these Terms together with any separate written agreement between you and Printed Threads NZ.
- Where a separate commercial agreement exists, the specific terms of that agreement take precedence in the event of any conflict.
- White-label orders are produced and dispatched on your behalf. You remain responsible for your end customers and any customer-facing communications.
7. Quality & Returns
- Every garment is quality-checked before dispatch.
- If you receive a garment with a manufacturing or print defect that was not visible on the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can review and resolve the issue.
- As custom-printed garments are made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing supplied by the customer, or artwork approved by the customer.
8. Payment
- Payment terms will be confirmed with your quote or order confirmation.
- For new or one-off orders, payment may be required before production begins.
- For ongoing commercial accounts, payment terms will be set out in your commercial agreement.
9. Website Use
- You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
- All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Printed Threads NZ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printed Threads NZ’s liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
